With the countdown to Christmas on, we are ready to have some festive fun at Vicar Lane!

Visit Santa in his Grotto

On selected dates between Saturday 18th November and Sunday 24th December

You’re invited to experience the magic of Christmas with a trip to our Winter Wonderland to meet Santa!

Santa has travelled all the way over from the North Pole to spread festive cheer at Vicar Lane. For £8.50, every child will be able to meet the big man himself, plus receive a gift and certificate to take home as a momentum of their enchanting experience.

We will also be offering autism friendly experiences.

Festive Fun Day

Saturday 25th November 10am-4pm

For one day only we will have a very special visitor roaming around Vicar Lane. At intervals between 10am-4pm, Snowy the polar bear is back this year, to spread Christmas cheer. Make sure to come along to say hello, snap some festive selfies and have a ‘bear-y’ merry time.

Plus! Take part in our personalised bauble workshop. You will have the chance to personalise an ornament with your name, which will be the perfect keepsake to take home and hang on the tree. The workshop will be located next to Waterstones and no advance booking is required, so you can turn up and jump straight into the fun! Subject to availability.

Write your letter to Santa and Festive Crafts 

2nd, 9th, 21st & 23rd December 11am-4pm

Get your wish lists at the ready as it’s time to get writing those letters to Santa. Bring your little helpers along to Santa’s Elf workshop next to Waterstones. Plus! There will be lots of Christmas crafts for all to get involved in.

Elf Training Academy

16th and 22nd December 11am-4pm

Our elves are on the hunt for new recruits to help Santa get ready for the big day ahead. Do you think your little ones have what it takes? Come along to our elf training academy next to Waterstones. Children are sure to have a tinsel-tastic time!
