CAR PARKING

Vicar Lane’s multi storey car park provides 400 spaces including 18 disabled spaces
and 12 parent and child parking spaces. For more information click here.

TOILETS AND BABY CHANGING

Free public toilets and baby changing facilities are located in the lift lobby area of the
car park foyer on level 3. To access from the shopping centre, please walk down the
Link Walkway next to Deichmann.

LOST PROPERTY

If you have lost something while shopping with us, please give us a call on 01246 234 630 at any time and we will take a look in lost property to see if anything has been handed in.

DEFIBRILLATOR

The defibrillator is located in the Link Walkway in a bespoke, clearly identifiable cabinet, accessible to all.

ACCESSIBILITY

Shopping with us is fully accessible. Lifts are located within the car park, and our streets and shop entrances are fully accessible via wheelchairs. The multi storey car park provides 18 wide disabled spaces. There are no mandatory steps within the centre.
