CELEBRATE IN THE SQUARE AT VICAR LANE FOR THE CORONATION!
Join us in St James’ Square for a day of family fun and celebrations to mark the King’s Coronation as a day in history!
On Saturday 6th May from 10am – 3pm, come along with friends and family and pull up a deckchair on the green which will be laid out amongst some family favourite giant games!
For those wanting to watch the ceremony, we will be showing the Coronation Service live on our big screen which is due to begin at 11am.
Throughout the day, there’ll be many more activities to marvel at such as stilt walkers, face painters and royal themed entertainers, bringing a sense of joy to Steeplegate and Vicar Lane.
No booking is required and all the entertainment is FREE.
Stilt walker appearances will be at the following times:
10.15am, 11.15am, 1.15pm and 2.15pm.
