Important information about COVID-19
The safety of our staff and customers is always our number one priority and we have put a detailed plan together to ensure that all health & safety aspects of these events are properly managed. We will be adhering to government guidance relating to Covid-19, as well as that of the UK Cinema Association. We ask that you do not attend the event if you are displaying symptoms of coronavirus or if you have been asked to self-isolate.
It’s really important to us that our customers and staff continue to feel safe and protected when attending our events and for that reason we will be implementing the following:
– Whilst we will try our best to seat groups of friends close together, we cannot guarantee that several parties who have booked independently will be able to sit together.
– Customers will still be able to use an app to order food and drinks, which our staff will deliver to their seats. We recommend downloading and registering with the app ahead of the event.
– There will be multiple hand sanitiser stations located at the event and the toilets will be regularly cleaned.
If we have to cancel the events due to COVID-19, we will notify attendees as soon as possible and refund customers their ticket money at face value. Face value is the cost of the ticket, excluding the booking fee. We will continually update our COVID-19 safety plan in line with the latest advice from the government, and we will send all attendees a final update one week before the event. If you have any queries regarding the health and safety of this event, please email us at enquiries@vicarlane.com.
